Which Shampoo Should I Use ?
DOVE, Go fresh therapy, Cool moisture, Cucumber and green tea Scent, For normal hair OR HERBAL ESSENCES, Tousle me softly, Refresh cleaning, Wild violet and pomegranate . I have both conditioners , I have thick hair, with some split ends and a little breakage . They are the only shampoos I have right now. I'm going to go out and look for more though .
Honestly, I would say neither, because both have assloads of sulphates in them, but if I had to pick I would definitely go with the dove.
Its a little more expensive, but it won't dry out your hair like herbal essences tends to do after long periods of usage.
Just so you know, sulphates in shampoo to make lather. Basically, they're unnecessary, but most people like the feeling that lather gives their hair. They dry hair out, make split ends worse, and on top of that, its just an extra chemical that you just put on your hair.
L'oreal makes a good sulphate free shampoo, and trader joe's is excellent, although unless you live somewhere in new england, you'll have to order it online.
Hope I helped!
